Thanks for the invite and the start of some initial thoughts based on past experiences

-Admin oversight
-Board Mod oversight

All of this activity below is retained in a single post stream from beginning to end:
-In both positions above, BEFORE any person is banned or anything deleted a notice must be sent to the target individual that MUST include the portion of the post, the rationale of the target infraction sent immediately to the offender with a time to respond or the penalty process will take effect.
-Then the offender should have a step to debate this decision with the individual to defend themselves on why they disagree BEFORE the penalty.
-If the penalty is then still activated, the individual needs an independent review board(s) (IHUB Staffed Team(s) of 3 Individuals) review option with someone other than the original reviewers, if this board overturns, then the original reviewers are told why and retrained. If the review board continually overturns this individual's decisions they need to be REMOVED.
-If the offender is guilty after all reviews are exhausted and continues these activities, then jail or a permanent ban is enforced.
-This process needs to be staffed to provide a 24-hour turnaround.

A side note, I am only here for level 2 and close to moving on, some boards are out of control without independent, unbiased IHUB oversight, IMO!
