Janice -- it's getting late -- let me see if plain language can help -- we saved Europe in ww1 and ww2 -- if NATO fails to re-arm we will HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN -- Trump ordered them to re-arm per their obligation to NATO -- now get some sleep
