So what? Do you think millions of dollars of government in green bonds to build Bioamber Sarnia went to waste? We should all get interest into our shares collected for ten years for these bonds, maybe that's why lawyers are chasing us for our shares
(Continental trust bank only deals with government securities, which means green bonds held in trust) why would the government of Canada allow Lcy/KKR take the plant etc. for only 4.3M when they contributed at least 60M to built it? KKR made an investment and was allowed to aquire assets to reorganize and then purchase the shares maybe with partners when they go public, payout for Bioamber Sarnia Canada and Newco shares for Bioamber Inc shareholders
