Laxmi (or an official company voice) must be the one(s) to provide company messaging and course correction on inaccurate statements. We should not rely on anyone not officially an employee of the company to deliver accurate business messaging. There must be a "north star" of truth that can be the unquestionable representative of the company's communication. Ad hoc methods of representing a company's messages only lead to discord, confusion, and unintended perceptions.
