Their trademark was rejected due to confusion with others and thus abandoned. Still not as stupid as JP3E (John Park's 3 "E's" --energy, eatables, educational real estate).

I truly do hope he tries to get the symbol changed to that since Wisdom Tree already has 3 international currency option tickers using "JPE3."
