in addition to what you posted, Kool, consider that the "physical address" for Bloxcross, Inc:

16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958

... is an address in Delaware leased to and occupied by Harvard Business Services, INC, which is the registered agent for Bloxcross Inc.

So, an exciting company with 2000 clients spread across 5 continents and with "revolutionary technology" must have their physical mail forwarded to them by a two-person operation (Harvard Business Services). Say that the IRS disputes a tax filing (which happens all the time), they have to send the mandatory physical mail notice to the registered agent? Why doesn't Bloxcross have its own "physical address"?

And, on Bloxcross's website, they brag about having "major offices" in Singapore, Hong Kong, Bogota, and a few other major cities, yet there is no trace of these offices anywhere. Not only do google or bing searches for Bloxcross Singapore etc. turn up no offices, but the available online yellow pages (or equivalent websites) for Singapore and Hong Kong list no Bloxcross offices either.

Everything that John Park touches has a smelly and foul odour.
