Yeah, pretty much. Seen this before, many times.

For a non-reporting company who doesn't even seem to know what kind of deposit they're "mining", no technical reports, endless promises of an audit (for what, 4 years? 5 years?).....what do you think?

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
