First--I didn't say Park was incompetent. He's anything but. What I said was in response to your claim that Park was somehow victimized by being duped into buying counterfeit N95 face masks. He can't be both brilliant and a sucker.

Second-- As far as city board approving Park's development plan-- that's different property using a different company (Hamilton Street HOLDINGS LLC ..not Hamilton Street ASSOCIATES LLC) ) which HE ALONE created on 11/8/2021 and now includes his 36 y/o son Yohan.
