"to move an asset into SPZI in order to achieve removal of the "shell risk" warning" - why is that bad? L O L

"IMO no one in their right mind would actually exchange their equity of anything of true value into a ticker whose authorized shares are already maxed out." - good news - your opinion is meaningless - you post anon on a message board attempting to create volatility so your bosses can make money trading.

John Park, the extremely wealthy CEO of $SPZI, is definitely in his "right mind" when he "exchanges equity of something of true value into a ticker whose authorized shares are already maxed out" because:

"I chose to merge my businesses into SPOOZ, Inc. as being a public company to provide transparency and publicly recognized value, when dealing with foreign governments, energy, and utility companies, as well as commodity manufacturers and buyers."

With this and other future transactions, John Park allows his businesses to achieve full, public value. He wins b/w/o higher valuation. We shareholders win b/w/o riding the full, public value, increase with him.
