They filed a form 15 when crooked lawyer Adam Tracy was filing for them. Not only was he on the OTCMarkets Prohibited Attorney List, Tracy was suspended from appearing or practicing before the Securities & Commission as an attorney. He’s supposedly gone now, but I don’t trust anything about the Stock nor the “devil dog 96” affinity fraudster - she’s an habitual liar and this stock has a long and tainted history.
