Instead he agreed to settle the suit against him. He was ordered him to destroy all the counterfeit masks HE SOURCED AND IMPORTED and pay $25,000 to 3M.

He and his co-conspirator incorporated PPE SOLUTIONS in early April 2020. He sold it to RIII in early August, was named CFO in late August. Then this happened 4 months later after his counterfeit shit hit the fan.

According to CNBC.com on February 17, 2021, DHS seizes over 11 million counterfeit 3M N95 masks, more raids to come.
