My opinion? Buy as low as possible, I was in touch with IR before, he replies if you ask a question. Though my only concern is they do not engage the market with PRs anymore, that’s why we see this capitulation.

Buy $0.004-$0.005 and sell $0.01 to build freebies jmo.
