Anyone who lived through this time, had many friends and relatives who came back from Vietnam forever changed. We have not even discussed Agent Orange on all of those American Vietnam Veterans, and the decade of more of trying to get help.

Ronald Raegen did his very best to make sure those Vietnam Veterans could not get any assistance when they were dealing with Agent Orange.
