Shows how much you know about this scam...
I have NEVER owned any shares of this most obvious train of scams. I came here because Ronald Blackburn and his gang of cons got their fingers into Grillit, Scammers hook up with scammers.
The puppet CEO Blackburn put in place was clown lawyer Henry Klien. That gang of cons was busted by the SEC for fraud in a fake Belize oil strike with Treaty Energy. The SEC also looked at this, but at the time concentrated on Treaty. Klien was a complete idiot and didn't last long. Then came Wilkerson, another Blackburn puppet. Blackburn's rule finally ended when Greg Mithell got control with an agreement with Blackburn to settle a debt with him. And on and on it went Still a scam. Greg was a fraudster as well of course. He tried to appear like a savior, but never fixed anything, and Pretzel house was a dismal failure. And fraud was committed along the way. Just in a different way. He took money from toxic lenders rather than immediately dumping stock. Blackburn didn't like toxic lenders because they took to large of a cut. .
And time does not cure fraud.
