Often they hold a hearing .... it takes one day to one month to complete.
Then the panel (not a judge) goes off and deliberates for a month or two.
Panel then renders a written decision.
A few months after that the panel may reconvene to consider arguments about penalties.
A month or so after the penalty phase the panel releases its penalty decision in writing.
The whole process can take a full year.
So please dont think that on March 24 this will all be over ... for good or for worse.
