But but but,,,.... my Mom used to give us castor oil when we were little.
Was she trying to kill us? I do remember pooping a lot.

I did learn something new about braising. I have been putting too much fluid in the crock pot. And I have a nice ceramic 4 quart to do the oven thing next time.
