Yes, the company is broke. There is nothing to be awarded if it was won. They can easily afford a few continuances and any "normal" person suing would quickly run out of retainer money. LOL I'm sure they themselves have plenty of money and are well invested. If the company gets sued and bankrupt its just off to their next venture and every investor loses anyway. Sue away! 🤷

Remember the corporation shields the individuals. Good luck proving any civil or criminal case and outlasting them in court in any kind of personal litigation. Might as well just wait and see if you break even or better, or just cut bait and move on.
