I've been taking Lecithin tablets for decades. I eat sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds (mixed nuts) daily for decades.
I'm formally a biologist, and have read up enough over many years on antioxidant foods (berries, kiwis, apples, cabbage, all colors of veggies),
Recently started to eat the sardines that Costco has (2 types; one with small bones still in them...and skin...not my preference; or the ones that are very clean; all are packed in olive oil). I was able to knock my LDLs over 6 months from 90 to 68. I was stunned. total cholesterol dropped from 168 to 148. Triglycerides from 70 to 42. Best numbers I've had in over 20 years...felt like I finally cracked the code, as my Dr. said I would be able to lower LDL successfully by just changing my diet. Of course I have been adding more salmon a few times a week too, on my lunch meal (salads; many colors of veggies, cabbage, avocados, tomatoes, etc.) and reducing cheeses and red meats as much as I can without pissing off my wife. lol.
I also got a great tip over 20 years ago about the benefits of drinking coffee black coffee from a guy on the Biotech Ihub board. It was a great tip, as any milk or especially half and half added to coffee forms an emulsion (the fat) around all the beneficial phenolic compounds that are anti-inflammatory, as well as the compounds that are also anti-oxidants. In other words, it traps them from being bioavailable to your body.
Hopefully we'll all be as gifted as you are over time! 🤔
