Yeah? I don't know about you Janet but I find that an effort to up list to the New York Stock Exchange and convert $7 million in the so called "friendly" debt into Ethema Health stock a bit of a surprise. 😆 Now he has been talking about this since the beginning of the year and we know that Shawn moves at glacial pace. So by the time he gets around to it they may be bankrupt with the loss of the treatment center to creditors. 🙄

That debt to equity conversion will most likely be for preferred stock. Does he do it before the massive split needed to the NYSE up-list or after. The preferred shares won't be effected by a consolidation of the common so how sweet it would be to price it out before consolidation.. Shawn can grind this company into shite since they came to Florida and still come out smelling like a rose. 😆
