No, clearly he is likely worse than we even know, since his medical records are a secret, he cannot form complete sentences, and goes off on hallucinogenic rants about unrelated items like sharks, batteries, colonial airfields, will not testify in court as he cannot remember from one sentence to the next... makes no effort to prove his innocence, just lies on top of lies. Testifying in your own defense is considered ill advised usually, but then why does he routinely beller that he cannot wait to testify, then always chickens out. He is clearly a mentally ill person yet you protect him like a pit bull with your several-times-per-day attacks on his opponent.
