That says a lot and many a person have said they'd do the same even with Biden's condition.
Biden DOESN'T have a "condition" except in your delusional brain.

President Joe Biden addressed a packed house of Democratic supporters, including state representatives, during a stop Sunday afternoon at the AFSCME Council 13 building in Harrisburg. Biden was met with frequent chants of “four more years” from an enthusiastic crowd who got the chance to shake hands and speak with the president after he made remarks, which lasted a little more than 5 minutes.
“Meeting him was wonderful,” attendee Gloria Martin-Roberts said. “I don’t care about his age. I care about the economy, I care about whether my grandchildren and great-grandchildren are going to have a future in this country and Joe Biden is protecting those things I care about.” AFSCME has officially endorsed Biden for more than a year, as have multiple other unions. Martin-Roberts, 76, is the interim director of Harrisburg’s Department of Building and Housing Development and a former city council president. Her sentiments echoed what many in the crowd were feeling.
They cheered as Biden reminded everyone of his Scranton roots and his wife’s Philadelphian roots. “Every time I come back to Pennsylvania, I feel like I’m coming home,” Biden said during his brief remarks. Biden called for higher taxes on billionaires and corporations and said the country should spend the extra income on childcare and elder care. He also doubled down on his pro-union stance following his decision not to speak to members of the nation’s largest teachers union in Philly this weekend after its administrative employees went on strike, saying he wouldn’t cross picket lines.
“I make no apologies for being the most pro-union president in American history,” Biden said. “When unions do well, the entire economy and everybody who is non-union does better.” Biden visited Harrisburg after a morning stop at a Philadelphia church. He was joined at the AFSCME building by U.S. Sen. John Fetterman and Lt. Gov. Austin Davis, who made a rousing speech in support of the President’s reelection campaign.
