Look for a possible decent price move if Biden drops out (most news is saying soon)👍️. We will have a far better chance if Trump wins. He will pick new people as treasury and FHFA heads, people who will be vetted by whoever he has as administration advisors (probably has in place now). The only question is....where do the twins stand on his checklist of things to get fixed? We are a factor in a huge part of the economy (housing), so there's that.
