Where does it ever say Goulding ''resigned''? Court records say he's been involved in Spooz since 2007 - 2008. Then he's busted and a charity his brother apparently had ties to suddenly ''donated'' over $200k to worthless Spooz in 2022 - 2023 in exchange for shares from an unnamed investor 'not related to the company''???
