Ali, if the intention were 100% bona fide, there would be a protocol in place to require the transfer agent to initiate the call ,not the other way around. I suspect that AABB knows that the broker will likely not initiate the call, and will require documentary evidence of the remove the legend from the restriction.

Because AABB refuses to provide and engage in that protocol, the release will not occur, = locked up shares indefinitely.
