I agree we all have our faults and can all be stupid and do stupid things 100%!
That has nothing to do with FKA BioAmber though. One side is dead wrong (anyone who feels there is more to come here) the other side is 100% correct (those of us pointing out the facts that FKA BioAmber has ZERO assets of any kind and its former shareholders have ZERO chance of monetary recovery of any type and no chance of getting shares in a NEWCO or have anything coming from KKR, LCY, LCYB or anyone else ) and that’s a FACT!!
