C'mon dude. Of course cannon will entertain whatever appeal they throw at her but all those transgressions happened AFTER he was out of office and the papers belong to the national archive, not him.
Merchan's case is the same. That all happened BEFORE he was in office and it's too late in the game now to throw the case out. He can take that up on appeal and quit wasting the court's time. He'll hear arguments but if they don't just get tossed in the circular file I'd be surprised. The sentencing might get pushed back a week or two but it's going to happen..
and as far as the J6 case goes, the SCOTUS only removed two paragraphs from the indictment so the rest will eventually stand.
It's all just delay tactics. You need to stop freaking out. I and many others are not too happy that justice won't be done before the election but it's all the more reason to get the word out and get people out to vote. It's imperative..
