The only reason ....

For an earlier buyout in that instance is if the Buying Pharma is wanting to get ahead of the competition and are willing to, based on the information available, to buy the drug and run with it. Not every pharma is going to want to wait imho. It is a highly competitive environment out there. Producing Pharma's with drugs already in the marketplace are sporting some nice war chests of cash.

Also, has everybody forgot that insiders are NOT cashing out but holding? Honestly that is a wealth of information in itself to the investor. Funny when one comment from the CFO presented on a message board can create a frenzy. Folks become confused and erratic. Remember why you own the stock. It sounded to me like the financials are near if not ready and completed. Some squirrely language pertaining to owing money and auditors being independent throws folks into a frenzy. Sounds more like to me, someone was wanting to add shares or knows someone that may want to buy in at a cheaper price before lift-off.

There has been no dilution recently other than 30 million here and there. Heck, I don't think anyone would have an issue with dilution to cover audit costs to get the filings complete and move forward. Then again, a larger investor may offer the money for warrants.

I wouldn't count out any possibility! Some folks could be kicking themselves for selling their shares today. I will be looking to add tomorrow. I got tied up this afternoon at work!
