The cost to file an Annual Report with the Nevada SOS is between $100 to $175.

For GVSI the Annual Report will be the same as 2023.

Cost is not important, because if they had NOT filed, every goober basher on this board would jump on it as a major “red flag”.

So yes, it’s a positive.
