This only effects the J6 case and possibly Georgia depending on what is deemed an official act by the courts. Of course it will be appealed all over again so it only delays the trials even further.

This court is making a mockery of our constitution. Between this ruling, along with Chevron and Dobbs there's going to be a ton of fried up people this fall.
