Brought a small position in OI at $10.79 today. Here is what I like.

OI Has guided for $1.50-2.00, I believe there fundies will start to improve in the 2nd half based on demand improvement and continued margin improvement. I fully expect next year earnings will improve versus this year, currently analyst estimates for the next FY are $2.22. I'm not saying OI will ever get a high pe, but a PE of 8, I could see a scenario of a return to the high teens over the next year. Maybe this company will continue to disappoint, and I will be proven wrong, I do admit there is a concern they can lower guidance again and make my investment look terrible. But I think the earnings will hold up from here, and start to grow as we get towards the end of the year into the next FY. The stock is oversold with and RSI about 27, and near 52 week lows so your not exactly paying up for it at this point either. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
