You have that backwards. Simply read the legacy assignment showing BioAmber as the assignor and LCYB as the assignee of All the patents.
The monitor records, court records and the USTPO legacy assignment prove that all the assets and patents sold to LCYB free of incumbencies anyone who states otherwise is a liar.
Since you still haven’t learned how a liquidation works I’m sure you won’t believe the official records but your belief is not required to make it true as it is reality nonetheless
