It's mind-boggling actually that a candidate whose policies predominately favor the very rich, and who is totally lacking as a decent human being, can be seen to be worthy of the American presidency.

It is. The country, and the people, are not what they were in my childhood, and for most of my adult life. With the exception of Nixon, presidents were respected, though not always agreed with. Same for the Supreme Court.

Now all that has changed. Very much for the worse.
