How could they use bioamber succinic acid? I'm seeing shelf life from 6 months open to 36 months unopened. They stopped producing at the plant in 2018 I believe. Pwc sold off the rest of the product by what 2019 at the latest? It's possible they used expired succinic acid that they deemed usable. Although, it's likely they bought a new batch when the plant was retrofitted and reactivated by lcy. Hmmmm what are your thoughts?
