AGRX acquired for $1.52/sh cash—a 336% premium to yesterday’s closing price:

Despite the large premium to yesterday’s close, this transaction is essentially a takeunder in that AGRX is down >99% from where it traded in 2019.

The buyer is Insud Pharma, which is based in Spain. The nominal deal value is $45M.
