The interview that Shawn did on 6/15 with Markowski on the Market posted on www.savechangeworld.com says that Shawn plans to reverse split the stock and also convert lots of debt (Shawn’s and others) into equity. Not sure in which order that will happen, but my guess is debt/equity first because he wants the stock to be able to trade in the $3 range post split. You can figure out just how large that R/S would have to be eventually be.
