I would bet the seller needs the money, the buyer is defending his position and wants more stock- I haven't seen this in Cortex since the pre-adhd data when about a couple million traded around $2-2.20 right before the stock moved to $3- back then a fund informed Stoll of their need to sell- it took a couple of weeks but got cleaned up by other institutions..nice that it is being done the way it is given the market, versus just stomping it. If it can trade thru this and close up for the day, it is a very good sign.......
