yes it does.....but if you notice the WWW is missing.....so not sure what is going on with the site but something is not right.......either they are having problems or intentionally took it down..that link you just provided is back dooring it or something im not sure but most folks who dont know how to do that cant get in now and would not think to remove the WWW part of the web address..........
