JP3E won't be approved IMO. Here's why---

As I reported before there are three established "Japan/ Euro" currency ETF's operated by Wisdom Tree under the symbol "JPE3." FINRA's "Firm Name Requirements" clearly state

"When evaluating a proposed name, FINRA staff will look for similarities in appearance, sound, connotation and commercial impression between the proposed name and the names of current FINRA member firms (including those names that have been reserved by a current or prospective FINRA member firm)." https://www.finra.org/registration-exams-ce/broker-dealers/new-firms/name-guidelines

JP3E vs JPE3.. I predict the latter will prevail which means all of John Park's ''3 E branding'' effort will be worthless. If so, it will be another major failure by John "Not Ready for Prime Time" Park.
