dvd rather obsessed w shorting imo..actually very anti-short..been that way for a long time that i can remember

be it done by 'ametures' or amateurs..or pros

keeps citing it w high sounding terminology

must know something..or not..he tracks float stuff..dunno how current that can be (not imo)
