really, you will not rest? That's all you have been doing!!! You need to be fired, and anyone who enables and contributes to the lack of lawlessness needs to go with you! Toughen the laws, put these killers in jail and leave them there!!!!

do you realize that Chicago is a gun free zone for residents? Enacted about 8 yrs ago. The only ones w/guns are the police and the gangs. This is very likely gang related.
