I think the big problem here is: if this company was legit, they would never have filed that initial Q1 travesty.
A multi-billion-dollar company would have hired an actual accountant to produce that initial Q1 report. For that matter, an intelligent SCAM company would have done that.
And the lawyer who signed off on that initial Q1 report in the Attorney Letter -- he must not have even read it.
Pull up the initial Q1 report and the new Q1 report, side by side. SMH
The people running this "company" are flat out stupid, IMO.
