THAT could cause a massive share selloff, to the tune of millions of shares at the same time. And with that kind of massive volume on the sell side, it's no wonder that the price dropped so fast. If folks keep SELLING regardless of price, then they'll keep dropping the bid. Simple as that. The speed of the crash is fishy, sure, but PV did blunder his way into a pass/fail event... and the outcome of non-delivery, in a situation like that, is almost always a massive selloff (especially for a pinksheet who'd been getting hyped on that singular event for months).

It's really not rocket science to understand it.
