So Sao Tome brings in Aramco with limitless development money because Shell has a full plate. Shell also knows that block 4 holds the Keys.What to do is have Aramco develop the EEZ and ERHC either partners with them or is bought out.ERHC also partners with Total .Aramco with JDZ.ERHC price is 3 dollars(or maybe higher.)
Circumstances are swinging our way finally....That's the way I think it goes at this point
