Because the name changes for CNNA ONLY happened at the Wyoming SOS state level - it was never approved by the SEC which approves corporate actions such as name changes.
Look at GVSI as another example. It's missing financials from 2008 - 2012, has a SEC restriction on corporate actions (which George Sharp had to admit) yet had two name changes in 2014.
Name changes at the state level are meaningless to the SEC.
CNNA won't be able to change its ticker symbol, name or have a merger approved st the SEC which supercedes the WYSOS.
You should look into the history of GVSI. You might learn something.
