It’s a 100 shares. It makes no difference what share price of RXMD is, it’s all about NXPL share price which is not doing much better.

I thought S4 would be out this week, but it’s my understanding that it should be early next week now.

Merger just needs to be over and done with, so insiders can buy shares and true potential of RXMD can be released.
