Why would they partner with a start up which would be more of a competitor than a partner.

Solray Inc would bring to the table a replacement for Elba Power corp, which by being incorporated in SC will make the replacement subsidy eligible
for SC tax incentives. SC bonds and SC gov't grants the same way Elba Power Corp being incorporated in Alabama made it eligible to receive tax incentives and the right to sell Alabama State bonds/ ,

What would they bring to the table - not management as it seems already similar to SNPW.
