Ahh, "preliminary." That would explain the taking the profit rundown I believe. The "completion" PR should bring it well above $4 permanently I'd think. Possibly another PR or 2 after completion on things they will be moving ahead with and new developments should really get this thing moving. Still spring technically, so plenty of time for golf club purchases
