It does look like it’s a Debt to Shares conversion.
Rather this at 34Mil at 0.04 then the Billions that were scheduled to dilute at 0.0012
Much more logical.

Nothing wrong with that, cleaning up the book and clearing debt…
We know the debt is a BIG reason why PPS is where it is.

Today we know they cleared a good portion of debt and barely added to the OS…
While giving us a new Price Target.
