The share offering will be completed within the next few days, so you and I know that the 4 to 5 billion is guaranteed. You are just using word semantics, as you do on all the boards you post on, to create the illusion for your narrative, which is Short or negative!! As of today, they have approximately 2 billion in the bank, and that does not include the most recent 75 million share offering that is going on right now.
