His own son couldn't find help when he needed it the most to quit his drug addiction because West Virginia doesn't provide those services/resources. It's the reddest state in America and also the poorest, unhealthiest and least educated. No surprise there, but what is surprising, with all of B4's character and life experience flaws, the judge in his adoption case actually gave this old, unemployed, arrogant and hateful loser, custody of his teenage grandchildren. Things are that unstable in WV and that's emblematic of where B4's political philosophy comes from. Passed on down through generations of ignorance and racism.
